Swiss DiamondⓇ Classic and Induction lines

SWISS DIAMOND warrants to the original owner of the cookware that it is free of defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. This warranty does not cover glass lids or handles.

This warranty does not apply if the Use and Care instructions published in our literature have not been followed. This warranty does not cover damage or destruction caused by misuse, abuse, accident, overheating, alterations or commercial use. This warranty does not cover stains, discoloration, food odor, scratch marks or dents. Incidental or consequential damages are expressly excluded by this warranty.

SWISS DIAMOND will repair or replace, at SWISS DIAMOND’s discretion, any item found to be defective. Should the defective item no longer be available, for whatever reason, an item of similar function and value will be substituted. This warranty is expressly not a money-back guarantee.

In the event the cookware needs to be returned for repair or replacement, it must be mailed back prepaid.

DIAMOND CERTIFICATION

SWISS DIAMOND hereby certifies that the nonstick coating used on our products contains diamond crystals. Additionally, we certify that the diamonds used in our products are purchased from a non-conflict source through a reputable supplier, subject to all international regulations.

Swiss Diamond does not sell "second quality" or "outlet" pans directly to the consumer.  We do, however sell this cookware to some 3rd party sellers.  This cookware does not carry the Swiss Diamond warranty and will not be covered under our warranty policies.  If you have troubles with one of these pieces of cookware please contact the store you purchased it from.

 

Swiss TITAN™ by Swiss DiamondⓇ line of cookware

SWISS TITAN warrants to the original owner of the cookware that it is free of defects in materials and workmanship for
3 years from original purchase date of the product. This warranty does not cover glass lids or handles.

This warranty does not apply if the Use and Care instructions published in our literature have not been followed. This
warranty does not cover damage or destruction caused by misuse, abuse, accident, overheating, alterations or
commercial use. This warranty does not cover stains, discoloration, scratch marks or dents. Incidental or
consequential damages are expressly excluded by this warranty.

SWISS TITAN will repair or replace, at SWISS TITAN’s discretion, any item found to be defective. Since Swiss TITAN cookware carries a 3 year warranty, we do ask that you have a proof of purchase available when you place a warranty claim.  This can be an order number from SwissDiamond.com, or a receipt from any other vendor.

Swiss Titan™ by Swiss DiamondⓇ Seconds

Premium Steel by Swiss DiamondⓇ line of cookware

Your Steel by Swiss Diamond cookware is warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. This warranty does not cover glass lids or handles. If use and care instructions have not been followed, the warranty is void. This warranty excludes damage caused by misuse, abuse, commercial use, accident or overheating, and does not apply to stains, discoloration, scratches or dents, or normal wear and tear.

Swiss Diamond will repair or replace, at Swiss Diamond’s discretion, any item found to be defective. If the defective item is discontinued or no longer available, an item of similar function and value will be substituted. This warranty is not a money-back guarantee. In the event the cookware needs to be returned for repair or replacement, it must be shipped prepaid. Steel by Swiss Diamond® is a registered trademark.

Swiss Diamond’s general warranty conditions are applicable only. Warranty cases are limited to the replacement of the product only and at the condition that defective material or faulty manufacturing is recognizable, analyzed and accepted by Swiss Diamond. This warranty does not cover consecutive damages caused by the product, neither for maltreatment, experimental exploitation or any other actions that do not adhere to Swiss Diamond’s use and care instructions
